- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 ml water, or more as you wish.
- 150 gr mushroom cut into 2 pieces.
- 180 gr of Tofu cut into cubes.
- 2 salmon heads cut into 2 pieces or just the whole head as you wish.
- Leek for a garnish
- 2 tsp sugar, or to taste.
- 1 tbsp salt, to taste
- 1 tsp white paper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 carrot chopped.
Firstly, you need to heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan overheat.
Then, fry the fish head until it turns brown.
Meanwhile, you can boil water in a large pot. Once the water starts boiling, you can add the fish head to the pot.
After that, add 3 slices of ginger and soy sauce. Also, you can add Tofu and mushroom to the pot. Let the soup boil for about 6 to 7 minutes over high heat.
Next, reduce the heat to lower and let the soup cook well. Once it's cooked, you can correct the taste and turn off the heat.
