Cuisine Asian
- 300 g sirloin steak
- 1 bowl of steamed rice
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp white onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- Salte to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 2 scallions for garnish
- Vegetable oil
Slice the sirloin steak thinly across the grain. Quickly fry it in vegetable oil, seasoning with a small amount of salt and white pepper. The pieces should be put aside. (Personally, I prefer to cook to medium and fry before slicing and dicing)
Scramble eggs in advance at medium heat and put them aside.
Replenish with oil if necessary and add minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté until aromatic and slightly soft. Add the carrot stir it about 2 minutes. Add the steamed rice and toss everything together. Make sure the rice gets well coated with oil and turns a little crisp in color.
Put the scrambled eggs and steak back into the pan. The meat goes back in with the oyster sauce, white pepper, and just a pinch of sugar. Mix well, and you can cook this hot.
Reward with scallions on top. Serve hot and enjoy it with literally no time wasted in your day-to-day activities.
