The chicken wings should be put in a large bowl. Give them a gentle massage after adding and thoroughly mixing all the marinade ingredients.
Corn starch, honey and lemon juice are added to a pot set over high heat. Simmer for 2 minutes or until thick. Set aside.
Prepare the corn flour in a shallow dish while you wait for the vegetable oil to heat up. Add the oil to the saucepan for frying. Add the chicken wing halves and coat with the mixture. Before dropping each wing into the heated oil, pat off any excess flour.
Cook the chicken wings for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Repeat with the remaining chicken wings and flour after draining on paper towels.
Your chicken is ready now. You only have to dip it in the lemon honey sauce. While the chicken is hot, start pouring the lemon honey sauce on it. Start mixing the chicken with your hands. Make sure all your chicken is dipped in the sauce. Garnish them with sesame seeds.
