- 1 tbsp gochujang

Begin by cooking minced pork. The choice is yours! Blanch bok choy in water you're using for noodles. Do this to save time and dishes.
Heat it gently over low heat to bring it to a boil, ensuring it doesn't curdle.
Blanch the noodles following package instructions.
In large mixing bowl combine tahini, light soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil and gochujang. This will help to thin sauce. Create sauce to desired consistency.
Add the sauce and hot soy milk, mix well, then add the noodles.
On top of every bowl, place stir fried minced pork. Add some blanched bok choy and sprinkle with a lot of scallions and sesame seeds. Need more heat? Consider drizzling more chili oil. This step is for those feeling a little adventurous.
