- Then, fry the fish head until it turns brown.

- Meanwhile, you can boil water in a large pot. Once the water starts boiling, you can add the fish head to the pot.
- After that, add 3 slices of ginger and soy sauce. Also, you can add Tofu and mushroom to the pot. Let the soup boil for about 6 to 7 minutes over high heat.

- Next, reduce the heat to lower and let the soup cook well. Once it's cooked, you can correct the taste and turn off the heat.
